Petite B&Bs joyful announces the introduction of 3 NEW B&B locations and 4 new Petite B&B homes.
In addition to our long list of Paris B&Bs and our steadily growing list of Lisbon and Porto homes on our website, travellers can now find homes in Olonzac - a quaint little sunny village in the Sth of France; in Eymet in the Dreamy hilly Dordogne regions of South-West France and a new luscious Summer home in Portugal near the old capital of Coimbra. These new secret places have jined our expansion service in response to increasing demands from travelers for more unique places that haven’t already seen their day in mass tourism.
The new authentic accommodations meet all the recognized features of a Petite B&B that is full of charm, character and authenticity as real family homes; where travelers will feel immersed and will be connected to the local culture. Here they are below with a few details about their locations to wet those travel tastebuds...
1. Quinta d'Erica
Lousa - Coimbra, Portugal
Our gorgeous new family home in Portugal is more than a home, it's a lifestyle. A quintessential farmhouse (Quinta in Portuguese) with 3 bedrooms and an outhouse studio (accommodates 8) with pool and garden, perfect for summer escapes in the Portuguese countryside. It sits on the edge of a small village (only 10mins on foot) with church and river beach and several cafes and bars, restaurants, supermarkets and varied shops and weekly market (Tuesday and Saturday). 5km away you can visit the Castle of Lousã and the emblematic natural pools and have a meal in the typical restaurant 'The Burgo', or visit ancient villages of Cerdeira & Talasnal. 25km away is Coimbra - the old medieval capital of Portugal that begs to be discovered by the cultured traveler; it is home to the country’s greatest university for the past 5 centuries and beautiful historic buildings cascading down its hillside.
2. Maison Derek
Olonzac village - Languedoc, France
A 3 level stone house with rooftop terrace in the middle of Olonzac, a small village and capital of the Minervois in the Languedoc Region of South France - one of the few villages that doesn’t suddenly shut down when the tourist season is over!! To see this sunny bustling village at its best, with its famous Tuesday Market (the largest in the South where locals from neighbouring towns gather) visit in the off season. Our home is right in the centre of this sunny bustling town.
3. Maison LeeAnn
Eymet Village - Dordogne, France
We offer 3 charming apartments in a traditional townhouse in the village of Eymet which sits hidden on the most southern end of the Dordogne region famous for its hilly countryside, its famous river, old villages and castles.
Our homes offers by New Zealander LeeAnn and partner Guy A French local Antiques Dealer, are nothing short of impeccable. Breakfast baskets are delivered to your door daily and LeeAnn is available to help guests anytime.
